Combined orders of printed and engraved items will be sent together to save you postage fees. If you are in urgent need of your products, please get in touch and we can send items separately. Please note that this will incur further shipping charges.
The courier we use depends on the quantity of your items. Smaller parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class (~2 days delivery time), whilst larger orders are sent via Parcelforce Express24 (1 day delivery time).
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need a photo of the packaging and item in order to send out a replacement or refund (inclusive of delivery charges). For more information, see our FAQ and Terms & Conditions pages.
In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We are unable to refund any items where the fault has been caused by the artwork sent to us. Small bubbles/marks sometimes occur as part of the glass-making process.
