HOW WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS

How do you print your products?

We use a special technique that ‘tattoos’ the design onto the item. This means that the design is highly resistant to fading and will not scratch off. For mugs and washable items, this also means that they are dishwasher and microwave safe.

How do you engrave your crystal and glass products?

We use state-of-the-art lasers to engrave some items, whilst others are engraved by hand. We always choose the method which will give you the best result – a crisp, clean engraving.

MAKING YOUR ORDER

I want to make a large order, can you give me any discount?

If you are ordering for an organisation or business, please contact us and we can arrange a trade account. Alternatively, go to our Wholesale page where you can create an account. Once it has been approved you will receive an email which will contain your login instructions.

How do I make an order?

You can find our products using our menu system. This allows you to see all products in our engraved and printed ranges. You can also view our products by collection or category, or by using our search bar found at the top of the page – just click on the magnifying glass.

Is there a minimum order?

No! You are free to order as many products as you like. 

What are my payment options?

We offer a range of secure online payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. We also accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery – please contact us to arrange this.

Payment using all major cards is processed directly on our website using PayPal security. You do not need a PayPal account for this.

You don't have the product I'm looking for, do you have more products available?

Yes! Our catalogue is constantly growing and so is our website. If you can’t find what you’re looking for just get in touch – we are sure to have something that would fit your requirements.

DESIGNS

How do I send you my photos/designs?

You can upload your images during the product design stage of our website. Simply go to your desired product, and choose personalise for printed products, or use the drop down menus for our engraved products. Our system allows you to design your product, and will then forward the design to us.

Alternatively, you can email your designs to us, message us on Facebook, send them via our chat service (look for the message icon in the bottom right of your screen) or drop them off at our workshop – please contact us to arrange this.

Finally, if the designs are in a physical format, you can drop off the design at our workshop – please contact us to arrange this.

What standard designs do you have?

We have far too many designs to upload to our website, so please get in touch should you not find the one you are after. We have hundreds – possibly thousands – of designs available and are sure to have something to suit your needs.

Can I use images I have found on the internet?

By sending us any images, you are declaring that you have the right to use them – we will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements. Please ensure that you have permission for any designs before sending. See our Terms page for further information.

If you’re looking for inspiration, we recommend Pixabay for royalty-free, high quality images.

I don't want to design my item online, what other options do I have?

If you don’t want create your product online, feel free to get in touch and discuss your specifications with us personally. We are happy to help and give guidance on designs and ideas as best we can. 

What is a line drawing?

A line drawing is an image that usually features no colour, and simple, black lines. It can be hand drawn/sketched (digitally, or otherwise) and sent in various formats. We recommend PNG as it preserves any transparency in the design.

How much is postage?

Postage cost varies on the quantity and type of items in your order. For more information, please see our Shipping page. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

When can I expect my item?

Engraved Items: Our engraved items are normally dispatched within 4-7 working days. However, we will always try to meet our customers’ timescale needs and get them to you as soon as possible. 
Printed Items: Printed items are normally dispatched within 2 working days, depending on the size of your order.

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes! We have several customers outside the UK and greatly appreciate their business. If you require an order to be delivered abroad, please contact us so we can work out the cheapest and most effective form of delivery for you. *Please note: Payment must be made in British Pounds.

We offer a strict 30 day credit policy. To apply for this, please complete our Credit Account Application.
